We are appointed by the Munich and Upper Bavaria Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK München and Oberbayern) as publicly appointed and sworn experts for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties and are certified according to HypZert, TEGOVA and RICS, and thus possess all the necessary qualifications to carry out nationally and internationally recognised valuations.

Berit Schumann
is an experienced industry insider and expert in real estate valuation. She can look back on a career of 15 years in the real estate industry.
She started her career at the internationally active real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield, was an authorised signatory and deputy team leader of the Transactions & Advisory Team in Munich at JLL Jones Lang LaSalle and most recently managing director of Colliers International Valuation GmbH.

Berit is a publicly appointed and sworn valuer (IHK München und Oberbayern), RICS Chartered Surveyor and certified surveyor according to CIS HypZert (F). She is a graduate economist in the housing and real estate industry (FH), studied IREBS real estate economics and holds an Executive MBA from IREBS with stays abroad in Harvard, Hong Kong, Shanghai and London.
